All our extra virgin olive oil comes only from the olive trees of our farm and is processed in the local mill. The oil of the first harvest, obtained from olives pressed in a single day, is cold extracted and filtered: this is our oil in the bottle. The oil of the second harvest, obtained from riper olives and unfiltered, is what we sell in cans. All of exceptional qual-ity, produced only with our olives, harvested by hand.
