Chianti of the highest quality, intense ruby red colour with garnet hues, good tannicity in the mouth, dry, savoury and velvety. Made from 80% Sangiovese and 20% Merlot grapes. Ageing: 10 days of fermentation in cement casks, six months in steel casks, 12 months in oak barriques.
