At our farm you can participate in wine tastings, oil tastings, combined tastings and tastings with a platter of local Tuscan produce. It is important to take into account that the administration of alcohol, in Italy, is provided for people over 16 years of age. By our choice, we prefer in any case that any minors are accompanied by parents, guardians or relatives.

The duration of the experiences is indicative and may vary depending on the amount of people and products, as well as the current season.

The special experiences with our family, such as grape harvest, olive harvest and pruning, varies in date from year to year depending on seasonal factors, so they can only be booked through advance request via email. Thank you!

HARVEST: Participate in our grape harvest with us and family members, according to the ancient Tuscan tradition.

OLIVE HARVEST: Participate with us in the annual olive harvest and oil pressing.

Y o u r v i s i t

The minimum age to participate in a wine tasting in our country is 16 years. For reasons of internal organization, we ask any minors participating to always be accompanied by a parent or an adult relative. It is possible, upon request by email to: info@poderebucine-chianti.com, to organize tastings or small private events.

Where are we

We are in Montefioralle, a fraction of Greve in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Fiorentino, just 30 km from the historic center of Florence. Our farmhouse is about 500 meters from the village.

How to get there

It is possible to get to Montefioralle both from Greve in Chianti (SR222 Via Chiantigiana) and from San Casciano Val di Pesa (SR2 Via Cassia, direction Mercatale / Greve in Chianti).

Parking

It is possible to park in the municipal parking lot WEST of Montefioralle (about 300 meters on foot) or you can get off and park next to our winery, on an agricultural dirt road.

The wines are excellent, and you can tell that the owner is passionate about his small batch winery. We bought two bottles (the 2018 and the 2020) and the olive oil. Delicious, the view is amazing - well worth a visit! If you book in advance, you get tasting pairings and a white wine as well, so we do recommend that to get the best possible experience at this gem of a winery."​

My wife and I know very little about wine and olive oil and Loreto explained everything very well and was so helpful with each aspect of the tasting. You can tell the pride he takes in his craft. We zagen een klein bordje van deze wijnmakerij en besloten om de 300 m over een onverhard weggetje te lopen. De eigenaar ontving ons hartelijk en hebben een heerlijk proeverijtje gehad van zijn eigen wijnen van 2016 tot 2020 met uitleg! Het resulteerde in de aanschaf van een heerlijke fles wijn waarvan de aanschaf waarde voor deze goede kwaliteit laag is naar ons idee. Een echte aanrader om naartoe te gaan!"​
