The request will then be handled in accordance with applicable legal provisions.<\/p>\n<p>You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by means of another explicit statement, sent to the contact details provided in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n<h3>Product returns and refunds<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of a withdrawal, you must return the products within <strong>14 days of the date on which you notified us of your decision<\/strong>, following the return instructions.<\/p>\n<p>The products must be carefully packed to avoid damage during transport.<\/p>\n<p>The refund will be issued within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal and will include, to the extent provided by law, the payments received and the costs of standard delivery.
